Are you one of those people who don’t really do a whole lot of exercising? Unfortunately, that is how I am. I am exhausted at the end of a workday. Teaching 38 busy fourth graders can really drain my energy. I know that I always feel more energized after I exercise, although it seems like I should be MORE tired after exercising. But taking that first step of exercising is a big one for me. This is why I was interested in reviewing half-assed health. Forgive the language. It’s theirs, not mine ;).
I want to be able to get the maximum benefits with minimum effort. I mean, why would I want to spend a whole lot of time on exercises that aren’t really going to help me? That’s crazy. It’s also crazy to expect that I will be able to lose a whole lot of weight and get healthy doing the same thing that I am doing…which is very little. It’s definitely time for a change.
I read through this e-book and there are some pros and cons to reading it. Pro- It tells you how to get into good shape doing just the right amount of exercise. Pro- It tells you that it’s not necessary to do the super killer workouts that make you sore for days afterward. You really do learn a lot from this e-book. There are also some bonuses that go with the book- exercise videos.
Con- I was not a big fan of the writing style. But, while I was not a big fan of it, others might like it. The content is good, though. Also, there are more curse words besides just the title of the book.
You can get a copy of this e-book here. Check it out and let me know what you think.
