Review and Giveaway of Montagne Jennesse Facial Masks

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

Every woman needs a little “me” time sometimes. It’s not being selfish, but we often feel like it is. But why is it selfish to take a little time to decompress after all that we have going on? Whether you are a working mother, a stay at home  other, a grandmother, a student, or anything else, you need some time to relax.

The spa is a great way to relax, but it will cost you. What’s awesome is if you can include some elements of the spa at home. It’s nice to go to the spa sometimes too, but that’s more of a treat done for special occasions for most of us. Instead, you can have a spa day or night at home using things like candles, clay masks, and pedicures. What’s really great is if you can get your significant other to do these things for you but for many of us that is just a dream!

I like to give myself some me time every once in a while on a Saturday. I do things like wash my hair and condition it, give myself a pedicure (or at least take off my crusty old nail polish on my toes), shave really well (you know, instead of just to the knee for what will be showing at work), and do a facial mask every once in a while.

There is something about giving yourself a facial that makes you feel refreshed. I haven’t tried all of the masks from Montagne Jennesse, but I did try one of their mud masks. It sets in about 15 minutes and when you wash it off, your skin feels smooth and clean. It’s also a bonus to peek your head out of the bathroom and scare your child if you have one young enough to be scared. But that’s just something I like to do- not recommending it or anything.

Anyway, you want to win some? I have a pack to give away to a Mystery Shopping Teacher reader! It’s open to residents of the US who are 18 or older. Use the rafflecopter widget below to get your entry in.
